Program Information

The Internet Reporting Program (IRP) allows participating members to display a "Click to Check" logo provided by the Better Business Bureau that links directly to that company's BBB reliability report. It also provides a link from your member report, located at www.centraltx.bbb.org, to your web site as an active IRP participant.

The Internet Reporting Program, the BBB's newest member benefit, was created to allow consumers visiting your site to obtain your BBB reliability report online and in real time. In addition, the BBB's web site hits continue to rise as consumers surf the Internet to find companies with which to do business. These motivated buyers can read your reliability report online and link directly to your company web site by your participation in the IRP.

Internet Reporting Program eligibility and requirements:

• Current membership with the Better Business Bureau.
  
• Abide by standards of membership including binding arbitration.
  
• Pay annual $100 fee for IRP.
  
• Use only approved IRP logo as provided by the BBB for web site links.
  
• Agree to remove logo and link upon termination of membership (either by company or BBB).
