BBB Announces 2007 Board of Directors and Officers

Austin, Texas Feb 15, 2007 The Better Business Bureau, Inc. serving Central and South Central Texas announces today that Robert Bobby Jenkins, Jr. of ABC Pest and Lawn Service, was elected Chair of the BBB for 2007 and was officially installed at the 56th Annual Meeting.

Other officers elected to the Board were: Chair-elect, Jim Lydon, AT&T; Secretary, Kathryn Frank, Kathryn Frank CPA; Treasurer, T. Getterman, Supercuts; and President/CEO, Carrie A. Hurt, Better Business Bureau. Three directors were appointed to serve on the Executive Committee. They are: Jim Cripe, Valet Cleaners; Jon E. Eckert, Compass Bank; and Nancy Thompson, Sayers & Associates, Inc. Past Chairman Monica Benoit-Beatty, Arbonne International, also serves as a member of the committee.
