BBB has issued an F rating to Majestic Fences and Decks, a Belton, Texas-based fence and deck contracting company, for failure to respond to consumer disputes. Over the past four months, BBB has received five complaints from Central Texas consumers alleging they paid the company hundreds or thousands of dollars in advance deposits for incomplete work and poor workmanship. Consumers further allege that repeated attempts to contact the company regarding the status of work and requests for refunds have not been answered.
