BBB has issued an F rating to Triple7 Fence Construction for failing to respond to consumer disputes. Complaints from San Antonio consumers allege the local fencing contractor received advance payments for work that was not completed. Consumers report these payments range from hundreds to thousands of dollars.

BBB has issued an F rating to Majestic Fences and Decks, a Belton, Texas-based fence and deck contracting company, for failure to respond to consumer disputes. Over the past four months, BBB has received five complaints from Central Texas consumers alleging they paid the company hundreds or thousands of dollars in advance deposits for incomplete work and poor workmanship. Consumers further allege that repeated attempts to contact the company regarding the status of work and requests for refunds have not been answered.

BBB has issued an F rating to Dynasty Decks and Spa, LLC, a local patio, spa and deck builder for failure to respond to consumer complaints. Consumer disputes received by BBB allege that Dynasty Decks and Spa has received advance deposits or payments in full for work which has not yet been completed. Consumers further report that repeated attempts to contact the company regarding the status of work, schedule of completion or request for refunds have not been answered. The Texas legislature’s decision earlier this month to “sunset” the Texas Residential Construction Commission, or TRCC, means the agency is no longer handling complaints or requests for inspections on residential construction. This leaves some consumers and builders concerned about how disputes will be resolved in the future. Better Business Bureau serving Central, Coastal and Southwest Texas’ dispute resolution service are available to serve the needs of consumers and businesses formerly with the TRCC.
